
Concordis Chamber Choir invites you to join us for Words of Note, a captivating exploration of storytelling through song.
The concert repertoire will feature exquisite pieces by both renowned and emerging composers, including four remarkable works by women. Discover moments of life and transformation with Elaine Hagenberg’s moving When We Love, Mia Makaroff’s enchanting Butterfly, and Eleanor Daley’s serene tribute to nature, Grandmother Moon.
Audiences will experience the dreamy nostalgia of Ēriks Ešenvalds’ Only in Sleep, Sarah Hopkins’ mesmerising Past Life Melodies; as well as the haunting beauty of Kim André Arnesen’s Even When He Is Silent and Saunder Choi’s lively take on the Filipino folk song Leron Leron Sinta.
