Cassandra Cordero

Cassandra Cordero has been a piano accompanist since 2005, starting her accompanying journey at her local church, St. Francis Xavier’s Cathedral Wollongong, when she was 10. She completed her piano studies under Diana Russell and Gerard Willems AM and has received awards for solo piano at numerous eisteddfods. She completed her AMusA practical examination in 2011 and graduated from the Sydney Conservatorium of Music with a Bachelor of Music Education (Honours) in 2017.
Cassandra currently teaches Early Years Music at Xavier College. She enjoys accompanying community musicals, and leading choirs in liturgical settings. She has previously been Musical Director for the Wollongong branch of Sing Australia and pianist for the Wollongong Conservatorium Community Orchestra.
